A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. On Parcel 2 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and , inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> C. On Parcel 1 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. The irrigation well on Parcel 1 must be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4100) as follows: Eliminate the cross connection by <br /> providing an approved check valve or air gap prior to <br /> recordation. <br /> 3. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be 10 acres. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-4010. 1{ai) <br /> b. The minimum parcel width shall be 100 feet.
