Petition <br /> This petition is being circulated in opposition to the proposed dumpsite for urban yard <br /> refuse on Johnson Road in Clements. The application number for this proposed project is <br /> PA-0300014 (SA). We the undersigned, are opposed to the creation of the compost <br /> dumpsite for urban yard refuse by Good Earth Farms, LLC. This is an agricultural <br /> community and the project location is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture). We are very <br /> concerned about the long-range impact of this project on the community and future use of <br /> this property for additional refine dumping by the owner. We are requesting the County <br /> Development Committee to refer this item to the Planning Commission for a public <br /> hearing.
