'Ibis is an agricultural <br /> community and the project location is zoned AG-40(General Agriculture). We are very <br /> concerned about the long-range impact of this project on the community and future use of <br /> this property for additional refuse dumping by the owner. We are requesting the County <br /> Development Committee to refer this item to the Planing Commission for a public <br /> hearing.
