Based upon review of the site plan, it appears that there are two irrigation pipelines <br /> (Lateral "La" and Lateral "L") located within the boundary of the proposed project. <br /> Typically,the District requires that the existing pipeline be replaced with a new <br /> reinforced concrete pipeline as a condition of approval. As such, we are requesting that <br /> improvement plans be submitted to the District which provides specific details for <br /> proposed drainage and other such improvements which may affect District facilities and <br /> operations. This plan must be reviewed and approved by the District Engineering <br /> Department to determine the necessity to make improvements to District facilities in <br /> accordance with District policy. No building shall be allowed within District easement. <br /> 2. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within <br /> any District easement. <br /> 3. Obtain a structure abandonment agreement for and remove any service structure which is <br /> no longer needed within the improved site. <br /> P. 0.
