The existing <br /> facility includes 18,686 square feet of buildings. Phase 1, building permits to be issued within 18 <br /> months, includes the construction of a 20,000 square foot warehouse. Phase 2, building permits to <br /> be issued within 36 months, includes the construction of a 10,000 square foot warehouse. Phase 3, <br /> building permits to be issued within 48 months, includes the construction of a 30,000 square foot <br /> warehouse. Phase 4, building permits to be issued within 60 months, includes the construction of a <br /> 30,000 square foot warehouse. Phase 5, building permits to be issued within 72 months, includes <br /> the construction of a 30,000 square foot warehouse; located on the north side of Jones Avenue, <br /> 1,200 feet east of St. John Avenue, southeast of Escalon.
