E06048A <br /> m an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. <br /> ` No records were found for the subject property. <br /> L According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES, the following incident reports are on file at that agency <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property: <br /> 2062 E. Mariposa Road 7/21/04 1 gallon of transformer oil released <br /> Pock Lane, 100 feet S. of Mariposa 5/25/05 Propane cylinders abandoned on the road <br /> Pock Lane south of Mariposa Road 4/18/05 Abandoned paint containers found <br /> Pock Lane, 100 yards S. of Mariposa 11/1/05 Abandoned propane tank <br /> 1836 Montezuma Street 3/16/06 < 2 gallon spill of waste oil <br /> L Due to the dates,nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed,the environmental impact <br /> to the subject property from these instances is expected to be minimal. The incident reports have been <br /> included in Appendix F. <br /> L3.1.4 San Joaquin CountyAgricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's offices was not contacted regarding use of <br /> ` agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
