Weber Ave.,Stockton,CA 95202 (209)468-3962
LADDMONAL IINFORMATIOS FOR INCIDENT NUMBER- XSJ-02934
OES4 o/s initial step was to determine jurisdiction of waste oil spill on ground adjacent to Reporting
Party address. Contacted County Environmental Health who declined to respond since material
appeared to be on county (roadside)property. Made field determination that spill was actually on
6. county property. "Hazcatted" material and determined it to be waste oil. Used portable drum
pump to pump waste oil back into abandoned 2-gallon bucket on site. Shoveled contaminated soil
into five gallon bucket Removed waste oil as best as physically and economically feasible.
