Neighborhood Opposition <br /> One letter was received in opposition to the project. The letter states that the Rural <br /> Residential designation does not comply with the General Plan. It is incompatible with <br /> agriculture. It creates a nuisance that is injurious to agriculture and Delicato Vineyards. <br /> The Loduca Trust property is in neither a rural or urban community. It cannot comply <br /> with the General Plan. The parcel size is over 16 acres. It contains prime soil. It is a <br /> viable agricultural parcel. It is surrounded by grapes, almonds, and row crops. <br /> Environmental Review <br /> An Initial Study has not been completed for this project. If the Planning Commission <br /> recommends approval to the Board of Supervisors, then the Community Development <br /> Department will recommend that the project be returned to the Community Development <br /> Department for environmental review. <br /> Summary <br /> The proposed project is not consistent with the policies and implementation measures of <br /> the General Plan.
