The irrigation well on Parcel #5 is not properly sealed. <br /> Properly seal this well under permit and inspection from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for each <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well for each <br /> parcel under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> a . A ten foot wide public utility easement shall be dedicated <br /> along the perimeter of Kasson Road and along the south side of <br /> Parcels #3 , #4 , #5, and #6. <br /> b. P.G. &E's transmission pole line easement on the northwest <br /> boundary of the property shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> This easement restricts any structures or wells and trees over <br /> the height of fifteen feet at maturity. <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
