The estimate and legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map (Subdivision Map Act Section <br /> 66411. 1) . <br /> h. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The irrigation well on Parcel #5 is not properly sealed. <br /> Properly seal this well under permit and inspection from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for each <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well for each <br /> parcel under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health division at the time of development. <br />
