The frontage improvements for the right-of-way to be offered for dedication as required by Condition "b" above and the access easement on the railroad right-of-way shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels #1, and #5 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval.
