Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$178.00,effective <br /> August 1, 2001, is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00, effective August 1, 2001,per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Locate the existing well serving the existing mobile homes and label the distance from the <br /> property line on the revised site plans. State on revised site plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area.
