Map) out ofa 28.64 acre Parcel (APN 239-230-03) and a 232.02 acre Parcel (APN 219- <br /> 230-04) fora total land area of 261 .56 acres. Each Lot is to be approximately 40 acres each.. except <br /> for Lot 1 vNhich is proposed to be 00.39 acres. <br /> CurrentIN. there are a mobile home. a shop, and a well that serve both domestic and irrigation <br /> purposes on Lot 2. all surrounded by a chain link fence.
