This application appears to be in accordance with accepted practices, but chemical use in past years cannot be entirely documented. We understand the Property is intended to remain in primarily agricultural use, but any planned new home sites could potentially expose residents to elevated concentrations of residual pesticides. No current or past use of aboveground or underground fuel tanks was identified, although there is very limited information concerning the prior building complex that predated 1963. The area of the former building complex has since been plowed and ripped, and cultivated for many years. The is no remaining visible trace of the site. Given the recent construction of the existing building complex, it is likely to include asbestos in construction materials, and there appears Jtt little potential for a hazardous release to have occurred. Based on the conclusions set forth above Geo-Phase Environmental, Inc. recommends the following additional work to investigate or mitigate environmental conditions associated with this Property: 1. Any future home sites should be subject to soil testing to determine if there are hazardous concentra ions—ofpossible residual chlorinated �- pesticides.
