(EDR) was contracted to complete a search <br /> of electronic governmental environmental records for the Property and nearby <br /> areas within the ASTM-specified search radii. (See Section 3.1 for details.) The <br /> complete environmental database report is provided as Appendix D. <br /> The database search was supplemented with inquiries with appropriate <br /> regulatory agencies and municipalities regarding the Property, and to the extent <br /> practicable, adjacent properties. Inquiries were made with regulatory agencies <br /> with regard to basic environmental regulatory compliance issues for the subject <br /> Property. <br /> Task 4 <br /> Preliminary wetlands, asbestos, PCB, and radon gas reviews were performed <br /> based on observations of the site reconnaissance, property location, the age(s) of <br /> the buildings, building materials, discussions with the owner/tenant/operator <br /> and the local utility company, and the results of the database search described <br /> as Task 3. <br /> Task 5 <br /> The findings have been documented in this report, which includes our <br /> professional opinion as to the environmental disposition of the Property with <br /> regard to the presence of Recognized Environmental Conditions or other <br /> potential environmental concerns. <br /> 2937 Veneman Ave.,#B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
