Such sites are required to submit <br /> a Hazardous Material Business Plan. An electronic request was made to review <br /> r any business plans that may be on file for the Property (http://sjoesdata.org�. <br /> I The search did not identify that a "business plan" has been filed for the <br /> k Property. <br /> 3.3 Historical Aerial Photo Review <br /> Local resources were used to study available aerial photographs. The San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works, Survey Department located at <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue was visited to access their aerial photograph library <br /> with flights dating back to 1937. Selected photographs were copied to include in <br /> this report. Additional air photos were obtained from TerraServer and the San <br /> Joaquin County GIS system. Selected photographs were copied to include in this <br /> report (Appendix Q. <br /> EDR Sanborn was contacted to search for any available Sanborn fire insurance <br />! map that might cover the Property. The company reported that no such maps <br /> ' are available for this part of San Joaquin County. A letter to that effect is <br /> included in Appendix C. <br /> The following gives a summary of the information gathered from the review of <br /> the aerial photographs: <br /> 1937 Air Photo 1"= 1,000' <br /> Property <br /> The Property is in agricultural use, apparently as pastureland. Near the center <br /> of the Property a farm building complex is visible. It appears to consist of a <br /> house, two barns, and several small sheds. The drainage pond at the northeast <br /> corner of the parcel is not yet in place. <br /> Adjacent <br /> Most of the surrounding area is also agricultural, apparently as pastureland. <br /> The lift canal is clearly visible as are the currently existing access roads.
