Such private ventures are <br /> not addressed as part of the Parks and Open Space Plan_ <br /> In addition, there are approximately$10 million of additional facilities that will he <br /> en❑muraged for development if it is determined that such devalopmeni Is financially <br /> feasible; these improvements are considered "❑phonal community Costs". <br /> Imprgvem6nts listed as optlpnal community costs are items that are considered <br /> desirable for the community, but will be directly dependent on the financial <br /> feasibility of their development. Boma of these items include Neighborhoad pools. <br /> Neighborhood Community Centers, and a community stadium and tennis court <br /> faculty.
