MOUNfTAIN HOUSE MASTER PLAN! <br /> a) Establishment of Monitoring Programs_ The County and the <br /> MHCSD shad establish a community monitoring program prior to <br /> the approval of the first final subdivision map (not including <br /> preliminary subdivision maps}. The program shall address the date <br /> to be collected and the analysis and reporting that must -occur, <br /> consistent with the requirements of the Master Plan. The program <br /> shall also identify County and MHCSD responsibilities and the <br /> timing of data co]iection and reporting. <br /> b) Community Report.
