Grading for this project will include cuts and fills on the <br /> order of 10 to 15 feet initially to establish a sheet-graded pad and eventually to establish building pads <br /> and streets as well as to raise the site above the 100-year flood plain. FEMA Panel No. 06077C0570F,,Elevation 10 feet <br /> Describe the current depth of the groundwater and depth to potable water(if groundwater is to be used): <br /> Groundwater elevations at the site vary from 9 feet below mean sea level(msl)to 15 feet above msl.
