ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS IF NECESSARY) Water, Drainage and Flooding Describe any areas subject to flooding(include flood depths and flood panel map number): Portions of the site adjacent to Old River are in the flood zone. Grading for this project will include cuts and fills on the order of 10 to 15 feet initially to establish a sheet-graded pad and eventually to establish building pads and streets as well as to raise the site above the 100-year flood plain. FEMA Panel No. 06077C0570F,,Elevation 10 feet Describe the current depth of the groundwater and depth to potable water(if groundwater is to be used): Groundwater elevations at the site vary from 9 feet below mean sea level(msl)to 15 feet above msl. Groundwater gradient appears to follow topography and therefore flows to the north-northeast, towards the river. Groundwater will not be used. Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site(e.g., rivers,creeks or drainage ditches): Mountain House Creek along the east boundary of Neighborhood K, Old River to the North and Dry Creek to the west. LAND,LAND USE AND BIOTA Describe the site's topography(e.g., land forms,slopes, etc.): The site slopes gently downward from southwest to northeast with grades ranging from an elevation of approximately 2 feet above mean sea level(msl)In the northwest corner to approximately 25 feet above msl in the southeast portion of the site.
