This approval is also for an expansion of a previously approved <br /> farm machinery repair business. The manufacturing will take place in three existing <br /> buildings of 3,800 square feet each. Although the business is not under enforcement, <br /> the applicants have been in contact with the Code Enforcement Division and it was <br /> determined the custom agricultural manufacturing use type was occurring without an <br /> approved Site Approval <br /> The project site is located on the east side of Kennefick Road 2,400 north of Woodbridge <br /> Road, north of Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and <br /> offers the following comments. <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0200012 (SA) was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is .
