No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall ndt cause a Lazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.51g][41) <br /> i) LANDSCAPING. Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Kennefick Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site⢠<br /> Agricultural production along Kennefick Road can be used to satisfy this requirement. <br /> (Development Title'Section 9-1020.8) <br /> D SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) Ail storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six(6)to eight(8)feet in height. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> k) SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and <br /> be included on the Site Plan. <br /> All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five <br /> (5) feet from any future right-of-way tine, including any caner cut-off (snipe). <br /> (Development.Title Section 9-1710.2C9]) <br /> 1) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS' The ioudwlng uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be 8ppllc8ble and shall be Irwrporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building imspection Division: <br /> i) A housing inspection must be completed for the two residential units on the property <br /> and any necessary repair permits must be issued and finalized. <br /> ii) A structural inspection on the old ban must be completed and necessary repair or <br /> demolition permits issued and finalized. <br /> iii) Provide engineering and obtain pemffts for cargo containers. <br /> iv) Current office is a .converted garage. Obtain a building permit for the change of <br /> occupancy and bring the office into compliance with all current coderequirements <br /> including restroom(s). <br />
