Appeal Statement 16 <br /> i) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the foitowing: <br /> i) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Kennefidk Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. It Is doubtful that fencing will be installed, or that <br /> fencing will solve all problems. There has been a condition calling for no outside <br /> storage unless the area was fenced and that has not occurred. This condition should be <br /> strictly enforced and should have a time frame of 3 months not 18 months,as it Is an existing <br /> current condition of use which Is in violation.
