The final building inspection <br /> will not be performed and the grading permit will not be finalized until the Certificate of Occupancysigned <br /> by all agencies. <br /> OBJECTION TO APPLICATION REFERRAL <br /> Many of the issues raised in the appeal were also meed in the Objection to Application Referral. The <br /> Community Development Department has attached the Objection to Application Referral and will discuss it <br /> in summary, not paragraph by paragraph as the appeal was discussed. <br /> Resoonse to General Comments <br /> The Site Approval application was submitted to bring the site into compliance with San Joaquin County <br /> requirements. The use that was asked for in the Site Approval was Custom Agricultural Manufacturing for <br /> industrial uses,which is not permitted. The applicants have met with the Community Development <br /> Department and other County agencies, and they are aware that they are only permitted to perform Custom <br /> Agricultural Manufacturing as it is defined in Devebpment TgUe Section 9-_115.412. As of March 14,2402,or <br /> before,the website at EM.en neeredilutomabon. no longer exists. It is standard practice for <br /> businesses without the appropriate permits to apply for the necessary land use permits to bring them into <br /> compliance and avoid enforcement. <br /> B222MO to Leaal ObkKWns <br /> The applicants submitted application PA-02-12 for Custom Agricultural Manufacturing. The Site Plan they <br /> provided showed the uses occurring in the buildings on the site. The Site Plan did not indicate the square <br /> footages of the buildings or whether farm machinery repair would also be occurring in the buildings. The <br /> Community Development Department contacted Cape Manuf*;turing.and they indicated that they did wish <br /> to continue farm machinery repair. The applicants provided the Community Development Department with <br /> the revised site plan that is referred to in the Conditions of Approval. The Community Development <br /> Department used the Site Approval application to bring the previous expansions o <br /> pf the farm machinery <br /> repair business into compliance. This can be done with a Site Approval because it can increase an <br /> expansion of a use greater than 25 percent. <br /> ProiecVAcdlcaoon Bmiew <br /> The Community Development DepaMnent asked for additional information on the portions of the application <br /> noted to be lacking in the objection to Application Rsfenal.
