In early 2001 legal counsel was hired to folbw up with the previous complaint tgMrding the non- compliance with Use Permit 76-71 and corresponding use of the property. This is not a simple expansion of the current use, foam equipment repair, but an entirely new venture and operation, alleged to be custom agricultural manu�ctutiug. In fact it is simply manufacturing without limits. Applicants are not good neighbors as was the prior owner of the property. In the past, minor issues and concerns were discussed and dealt with as good neighbors. That changed in 1996. One such issue is the trucks honking, that was simply ignored by applicants, they said permit does not say we cannot honk-so we can. They are in violation of conditions set forth by Use Permit 76-71 they seely to modify
