In early 2001 legal <br /> counsel was hired to folbw up with the previous complaint tgMrding the non- <br /> compliance with Use Permit 76-71 and corresponding use of the property. This is <br /> not a simple expansion of the current use, foam equipment repair, but an entirely <br /> new venture and operation, alleged to be custom agricultural manu�ctutiug. In <br /> fact it is simply manufacturing without limits. <br /> Applicants are not good neighbors as was the prior owner of the property. In the <br /> past, minor issues and concerns were discussed and dealt with as good neighbors. <br /> That changed in 1996. One such issue is the trucks honking, that was simply <br /> ignored by applicants, they said permit does not say we cannot honk-so we can. <br /> They are in violation of conditions set forth by Use Permit 76-71 they seely to modify <br />
