LEASE <br /> THIS� INDENTURE made the 10th day of December, 1973 <br /> BETWEEN George P. Ransen, lessor and Miles C. Cope Sr. <br /> DBK: Cope Mfg. Co. WITNESSETH; That the lessor hereby <br /> lets unto the lessee all that certain shop building <br /> located. at 20400 Kennefalzk- Road on the east side of the <br /> road, between Woodbridge Road and Acampo Road, on the <br /> George P. Hansen property, situated in the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California. TO HAVE ANIS TO HOLD <br /> the said premises, for the term of three (3) years to <br /> wit: from the 1st day of January, 1974 to the 1st day <br /> of January, 19771 at the total rent or suis of <br /> $8,100.00 (Eight thousand one hundred dollars) payable <br /> as follows, $2,700.00 on the' signing of this lease as <br /> payment for the first year, then $297004,00 on or before <br /> March 1st, 1975 and $2,700.00 on or before March 1st,1976. <br /> It. is agreed .that work in the shop will be done at. <br /> ul . <br /> ►d o�► ti e i8S as ' e i as ve lar hours.
