Kennefick Rd., Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot <br /> be modified. <br /> A. Prior to issuance of building permit(s) for the proposed restroom facilities; A soil <br /> suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, and approved, indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic system usage (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $695 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $139 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> c. Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing <br /> sufficiently and the integrity of well grout. <br /> e. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br /> C. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
