Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot <br /> be modified. <br /> r <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for on-site wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system on the designated remainder parcel <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1 1 10.4). <br /> 4. Construction of an individual domestic water well on the designated remainder parcel <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development.
