Phase 1, building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the effective date of approval, will consist of a new i 12,150 square foot cover over existing tanks and equipment. Phase II, building permits to be issued within five years from the effective date of approval, will include a new 8,000 square foot tasting room, administration, and storage building. Phase III, building permits to be issued within ten years from the effective date of approval, will include an 8,000 square foot case and barrel storage building. (Use Type: Winery and Wine Cellars-Winery, large) The wine tasting room will be open to the public Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the applicant is expecting 50 visitors per day. The winery will have a total of seven employees, five working on the processing facility from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and two employees will run the wine tasting room. The applicant is not proposing any marketing events. The project site currently has an existing large winery. Access to the parcel will be provided off of Kennefick Road.
