Phase 1, <br /> building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the effective date of approval, will consist of a new <br /> i 12,150 square foot cover over existing tanks and equipment. Phase II, building permits to be issued within <br /> five years from the effective date of approval, will include a new 8,000 square foot tasting room, <br /> administration, and storage building. Phase III, building permits to be issued within ten years from the <br /> effective date of approval, will include an 8,000 square foot case and barrel storage building. (Use Type: <br /> Winery and Wine Cellars-Winery, large) <br /> The wine tasting room will be open to the public Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the <br /> applicant is expecting 50 visitors per day. The winery will have a total of seven employees, five working on <br /> the processing facility from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and two employees will run the <br /> wine tasting room. The applicant is not proposing any marketing events. The project site currently has an <br /> existing large winery.
