SECTION 9-10510 . TIME AND MATERIALS FEES . At the discretion of <br /> the Director of Planning and Building Inspection or Director of Public <br /> Works , the fee for a project application may be based on the actual <br /> County cost of processing the application . The decision to use actual <br /> cost of processing shall be based on the extraordinary amount of staff <br /> time estimated to process the application . The decision must be made <br /> within thirty ( 30 ) business days after the applicaiton is declared <br /> complete . Actual cost shall include employee salaries and benefits , <br /> overhead and materials . <br /> Source : Ordinance No. 3337 , 3575 . <br /> SECTION 9-10511 . FEES FOR SPECIALISTS . Whenever evaluation of <br /> any development application requires the use of professional <br /> assistance not available within the County government , processing of <br /> the application may be conditioned upon payment by the applicant of <br /> the reasonable cost of obtaining such assistance . <br /> Source: Ordinance No. 3575 . <br /> SEC`T'ION 9-10512 . REINITIATION OF WITHDRAWN APPLICATIONS . At the <br /> discretion of the Director, an application that has been withdrawn may <br /> be reinitiated with no fee requirements if the following requirements <br /> are met: <br /> (a ) Substantially Same . The new application is substantially <br /> the same as the withdrawn application; <br /> ( b ) Processinq . Processing of the new application will generally <br /> proceed from the point the withdrawn application stopped; <br /> ( c ) Elapsed Time. Less than eighteen ( 18 ) months have elapsed <br /> since the application was withdrawn ; and <br /> (d ) Consistency.
