CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-7 <br /> Munro, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-7 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 28, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 27, 1998, which Is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been flied with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A ONotice of Lot Line Adjustment shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact Staff. Richard W. Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br />
