Phase One, to be completed within eighteen (18) <br /> months, includes conversion of an existing 2,720 square foot agricultural building into a production and barrel storage <br /> facility and construction of a 100 square foot building to accommodate an accessible restroom. No marketing events are <br /> proposed with this application. There is an approved Variance application (PA-1600258) ties to this project to permit a <br /> reduced front yard setback.
