.
Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report------APN: 053— 15-04------Pllrcel Nos. 1, 2, 3, & 4
DBCP,Nitrates and underground tanks do not appear to be contamination
contributors on the subject property.
Miti¢ation Measures: Since no animals were found on the subject property, no
excessive nitrate concentrations are anticipated from animal overpopulation and no
correction for excess nitrate concentration is recommended
No chemical residues or spillage of hazardous material or improper storage was
noted. However there are some abandoned propane tanks and other drums that need to be
removed and disposed of at an approved site
The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's report shows that the
property owner has been complying with all rules and regulations for the appropriate safe
storage and use of chemicals in producing agricultural crops. This compliance should
then not produce any excessive or detrimental concentrations on the subject property.
Also no recorded failure of the septic systems installed was evident or found to
cause any problems of this type of contamination.
Also there does not appear to have been any subsurface construction present or
past that would contribute to below ground contamination.
Continuing the present conditions and use on the proposed two parcels is not
j expected to impact ground water nor cause other health hazards
t1ZVIZ
Walter E.
