No. 11584 418 Matthew Plaza Lodi, California 95240 Phone: (209)368—4159 Environmental Health Department San Joaquin County Subject: Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the Lillian Pendergrass Property addressed at 19300 East Kettleman Lane,Lodi, California 95240. This property is a 157.17 acres parcel that is the northeast quarter of Section 15,Township 3 North, Range 8 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian in San Joaquin County, California. The planned development is to create four(4)parcels of about equal size out of the large present single parcel, all as depicted on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map"which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. Submitted for your review, consideration and approval is a study conducted to ascertain if there are any surface or subsurface contamination sources on the above described project site and to determine the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the environment and human health. Prouerty Current and Past Use- The project site is located in an agricultural area situate in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of East Kettleman Lane and Clements Road. The present 157.17 =res is devoted entirely to walnut trees located north of1hgj2Lopgrtv owner's residence. Improvements on tha subject property are situate at me northeast comer o e project site except for a pump that is located about in the middle of the property. The improvements generally consist of the property owner's residence, a deteriorated barn,well, and a shop and storage building that are shown on the attached "Tentative Parcel Map". Other improvements include propane tanks, an overhead fuel tank, a windmill, a pond located immediately west of the home site, a pool and water slide and a towered high power line traversing southeasterly diagonally across the project site. San Joaquin County Assessor and Recorder records were researched which revealed that the PerWergLws family has owned the subject property for in excess of twenty-seven(27)years and ey ave evoted the Ian to agnc tura pursuit. The area surrounding a subject property is also devoted to agricultural use. There is no apparent evidence that indicates the property has been subjected to business or industrial type use that would have contributed possible contamination to the property.
