Mr. Ormerod's <br /> experience includes: performing environmental and real estate due diligence services <br /> (Property Condition Assessments, Physical Needs Assessments, Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessments, and Environmental Transaction Screens), performing asbestos, lead- <br /> based paint and mold surveys and abatement projects, managing underground storage <br /> tank removals and contaminated soil removal projects, and Phase 11 Subsurface <br /> investigations and groundwater monitoring. <br /> Mr. Ormerod has completed hundreds of Property Condition Assessments and is <br /> currently the manager of the building sciences department for the Northern California <br /> office and director of services nationwide. Management of the building science <br /> department includes staff supervision, report review, staff training, client management <br /> and ensuring that the highest level of quality is maintained on all projects. <br /> Project experience for Mr. Ormerod includes: <br /> • Property Condition Assessments, Physical Needs Assessments, Phase I <br /> Environmental Site Assessments, and Environmental Transaction Screens <br /> • Performing asbestos surveys for building demolition and renovation projects. <br /> • Supervising and monitoring asbestos abatement projects and performing air <br /> clearance sampling. <br /> • Managing underground storage tank removal and contaminated soils removal <br /> projects, performing soil sampling, and being the liaison between the client and <br /> the regulatory agencies. <br /> • Performing subsurface investigations and groundwater monitoring for several <br /> sites including multi-acre agricultural sites for pesticide use, drycleaner facilities <br /> and gasoline service stations. <br /> • Technical oversight for Property Condition Assessments across the country and <br /> for asbestos, lead paint and mold projects in Northern California. <br /> AE 1 <br />
