CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1300181 <br /> COLDANI/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1300181 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 15, 2014, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will <br /> expire on March 16, 2016, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John L. Funderburg, [209]468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated October 11, 2013. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to <br /> practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-1300179: The "Certificate of Compliance" for planning application no. <br /> PA-1300179 shall be recorded prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application <br /> no. PA-1300181. <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Seethe attached memo dated February 13, 2014) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> APN's: 055-140-12, 055-150-07, -20 are under Williamson Act Contract No. 71-C1-449.
