CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-9 500108 <br /> COLDANI QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500108 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2015,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February 26, 2017,,which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has ,. <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Mo Hatef, [209]468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated June 22, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall •be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to- practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording,the "Notice-of-Lot Line Adjustment". The-"Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall-not be recorded until,the Williamson Act Contract application has- been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application., (Government Code Section 51257). <br /> d. PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-1500106: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application <br /> no. PA-1500106-shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the"Notice of-hot <br /> Line Adjustment'far-application no, PA-1500108. <br /> 2.
