ATTACtEWENT "A" <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification <br /> 1. The proposed zone reclassification is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable <br /> Master Plans, and any applicable Specific Plans; <br /> • The proposed Zone Reclassification is consistent with the General Plan <br /> because the parcel has a General Plan designation of RIR(Rural <br /> Residential); the R-R(Rural Residential) zone is an implementing zone of the <br /> RIR General Plan designation. Parcels will be a minimum of two-acres and, <br /> therefore, may be developed with a private septic system, individual well and <br /> on-site storm drainage. <br /> 2. The proposed zone district is reasonable and beneficial at the time; <br /> • The proposed zone reclassification would be reasonable and beneficial at this <br /> time as it creates infill in an existing rural community and is not an expansion <br /> of it. Furthermore,it has met the infrastructure requirements for rural <br /> communities and has a General Plan designation of RIR(Rural Residential). <br /> 5 <br />
