Analysis <br /> Background <br /> On June 4, 1981 the-applicants applied for a Minor Subdivision Parcel Map (PM-81-175)to subdivide a 90 <br /> acre parcel in to 4 parcels. Parcels A, B, and C to contain 1.25 acres and Parcel D (un-surveyed remainder) <br /> to contain 85.25 acres. The application was approved by the Planning Commission on October 1, 1981 with <br /> an added condition that Parcel D was not be a residential building site. <br /> On April 25, 2001 a single family residence was constructed on the project site(BP-No. 0101318), and a <br /> second unit dwelfing,,i as constructed on March 1, 2002 (BP-No. 0200681). <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> The applicants are requesting a Revisions of Approved Actions to remove the condition in order to facilitate <br /> the underlying project of a Minor Subdivision Application to subdivide the existing 86.25 acre parcel into 3 <br /> parcels. Parcel 1 a hdrnesite parcel is to contain 4.74 acres, Parcel 2 is to contain 35.26 acres and a <br /> Designated Remainder is to contain 45.52 acres. <br /> The Revision of Approved Actions will not alter or change any of the previously approved conditions of <br /> approval. <br /> Certificate of Correction <br /> If the Revisions of Approved Actions application for PM-81-175 is approved by the Planning Commission, <br /> the applicant will need,to file a Certificate of Correction with the County Surveyor to be recorded on Book <br /> 12, Page 37 of Parcel Maps to remove the note on said map which states, "The 86.25 acre parcel (Parcel D) <br /> is not to be a residential building site." <br /> San Joaquin County ` PA-1000241/Dietz <br /> Community Development Page 3 <br />
