Kaesmer of North American Technical Services (HATS), to <br /> {r conduct a soil suitability study for the proposed development at 33510 South Koster Road,Tracy, <br /> California. The proposed development for the subject property is to create six parcels out of the <br /> existing three parcels. The Soil Suitability Study was completed as required by the conditions of <br /> �, approval letter by San Joaquin County Community Development and Environmental Health <br /> Department requirements. <br /> LThe soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development.
