The proposed property line between Parcel #1 and #2 is crossing over the existing septic <br /> system that serves the existing home on the proposed Parcel #1. This would be a violation of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5. <br /> NOTE: Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, the existing septic system will need to <br /> be repaired under permit and inspection by Environmental Health Department to meet <br /> the distance requirements from the proposed property line and structure. <br />
