Federal,state,and local regulations related to air quality that would apply <br /> _ to the proposed Project are discussed in detail below. <br /> The project site is located within San Joaquin County,which is located in the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Basin(SJVAB). Air quality conditions in the SJVAB are <br /> regulated by SJVAPCD.
