The project is i <br /> located on the west side of Koster Road between Vernalis Road (State Route (SR) j <br /> 132 and Blewitt Road,southeast of Tracy. <br /> i <br /> We have circulated this project to our various functional units and have the following <br /> comments: <br /> i <br /> Traffic Operations <br /> A Traffic Impact Study will be required for this proposed quarry in accordance with <br /> item III.B.2 of Caltrans' Guide for the Preparation of Traffic Impact Studies in order <br /> to determine impacts and mitigation to SR 132 and the I-5/SR 1.32 interchange. <br /> 1Lisy}r-onmgntal Planning <br /> This project, as described within the received documentation, appears to have the i <br /> potential for .resulting in either a direct physical change in the environment, or a <br /> reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
