The project also includes the construction of a processing plant and the <br /> construction of approximately 10,000 square foot building space for operation of the quarry. The <br /> project is phased over a 40 year period. The project is located west of Koster Road,south of <br /> Vemalis Road and north of Blewert Road; southeast of Tracy. <br /> This project will require the conversion of Multi-Purpose Open Space habitat.and as such should <br /> condition the project applicants)to participate in the SJMSCP. <br /> The project is located within the untapped land use areas and as per the requirements of the <br /> SJMSCP those projects arc subject to case-by-case review by the ]Habitat Technical Advisory <br /> Committee(TAC)prior to participation. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at(209)468-391.3. <br />
