QX-96-1 OF OLIVIA TRAINA (C/O DSS <br /> COMPANY) <br /> WHEREAS, on June 15, 2000 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 11, 2000, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter,. notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the Revisions of Approved Actions Application for Quarry <br /> Excavation Application No. QX-96-1 be, and it hereby is, approved <br /> with the Findings in the Staff Report shown on Attachment "A" and <br /> the Conditions of Approval as shown on Attachment "B". <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2000 by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: CABRAL, MARENCO, GUTIERREZ, SIEGLOCK, SIMAS <br /> i <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> EDWARD A.
