'z t ! <br /> SUGGESTED MODIFICATIONS TO PROPOSED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> QUARRY EXCAVATION APPLICATION NO. QX-95-1 <br /> 2 . Department of Public Warks ; <br /> f . The Koster Road bridge across the; Delta-Mendota <br /> Canal, if used for the haul route, shall be certified as sufficient <br /> by a registered structural engineer, or shall be upgraded to <br /> accommodate anticipated loads and to provide a 28-foot wide roadway <br /> surface. <br /> '( 1) If the main entrance to the project is located on <br /> Koster Road, Koster Road from the main entrance to Blewett Road, <br /> and on Blewett Road from Koster Road to Bird Road, shall be <br /> maintained in its current width; provided, however, if San Joaquin <br /> County requires a rural road with a 50-f00t right-of-way, the <br /> additional land shall be acquired by the County at the Applicant' s <br /> expense and shall, thereafter, be dedicated and re-constructed to <br /> County standards for a rural road and using a traffic index for a <br /> 20-year design. The expanded right-of-way, dedication and <br /> reconstruction, shall be commenced no Later than five years from <br /> the date in which the Applicant's permit is granted.
