<br /> 1. Description of erop2sed Revisions:
<br /> We are proposing a change to the fencing requirement as set forth by the
<br /> Development Department in the conditions of approval for permit QX-96-01. We
<br /> are,re uesting to use a 4. foot, 3 strand barbed wire fence, with wire mesh along
<br /> the bottom "Cal Trans" type fence) , in place of the 6 foot security fence.
<br /> 2. State the facts showing the changed in circumstance's which make the subject conditions no longer aro riate or necessary,
<br /> proposingto use the 4 foot fence for the portion of fencing that crosses
<br /> the southern boundry of our phase one mining area. (See attached drawing) . This .
<br /> fence is a temporary fence line being that it will be moved south as we move from
<br /> base to phase. All other fence will remain'6' fence. This proposal, and type '
<br /> of fencing is similar to a type of fencing that was approved, by the Board of
<br /> Su ervisors,for the Brown Sand.Project(QX-94-01). during the public hearing on
<br /> 10/30/97.
