STORM WATER MONITORING Storm water runoff from the plant site shall be monitored during the rainy season. A narrative description of the runoff characteristics,flow estimates,and impacts to the settling ponds shall be preserded iu the annual monitoring report. "'PORTING In repo.rdug the monitoring data,the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents,and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be sums arized in such a manner to illustrate Nearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. Quarte-fly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 20'day of the follovring month.. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than rewired at the locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. Upon written request of the Board,the Discharger shall submit a report to the Regional Board by 30 �ianu,ary of each year. The report shall contain bath tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year. In addition,the Discharger shall discuss the compliance record and the corrective actions taken or planned,which may be needed to bring the discharge irao full compliancc with the waste discharge requirements.
