r, <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> ii PA-04-55 <br /> a <br /> S.T.A.N.D. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-04-55 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 17,2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> j Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> 'i Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> €r <br /> E; This approval will expire on September 16, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date.of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> ii <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Mueller,468-3228) <br /> h <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> February 7, 2004. <br /> E! <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> :+ Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> ii Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
