c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> d. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> g. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins <br /> shall be fenced with six (6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is <br /> 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along <br /> with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of building permit. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure shall be elevated or flood- <br /> proofed in accordance with Development Title Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b)and (c). Applicant shall file Permit Registration Documents (PRD's)with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB)and subsequently submit the Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) <br /> Number to the Department of Public Works for filing prior to issuance of building permit. Applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No. 97-03- <br /> DWQ, "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities <br /> Excluding Construction Activities" (permit). The WDID number for the Industrial General Permit <br /> issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to Public Works. Industrial Dischargers already covered <br /> under the permit are required to update the Notice of Intent and submit the WDID number to <br /> Public Works. <br /> NOTE: This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes.
