The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors`Act,ora Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE: The following lot size regulation shall apply to this map: <br /> I ' <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres. (Development Title Section 9-610.2) <br /> 2.
